Climate Policy Performance
About the Research
CPL assists governments by evaluating mitigation and adaptation policies against government goals with an eye to promoting greater ambition and improved economic outcomes. We not only assess policy design but also policy implementation. Our methodology combines development of policy inventories, systems dynamics modeling, and expert elicitation.
