Massachusetts Climate Change Initiative
Part of the Low Carbon Growth project
The state of Massachusetts is working on a sweeping climate change initiative that will put the state on track to attain net zero greenhouse gas emissions limit by 2050. Efforts include expanding in-state green energy jobs, boosting offshore wind and related manufacturing, and expanding efficiency standards for appliances. Climate Policy Lab works to provide analysis that will support state policy and agencies such as the MBTA that is investigating a climate readiness plan.
