Seth Owusu-Mante is a PhD student at The Fletcher School and a Predoctoral Research Fellow at the Climate Policy Lab. His research interests include clean energy infrastructure investments, climate finance, clean energy policy, sustainable energy access, and international organizations governing climate change. Prior to coming to Fletcher, Seth worked with a policy think tank in Ghana where he led and managed policy advocacy programs on SDG 7 (Affordable & Clean Energy) and SDG 13 (Climate Change). He received his M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Ghana.
